Yes. You can add a wsdl:documentation element to
any element within a WSDL file.

We can define documentation about a service on the 'service' node in
WSDL file. But I wanted to know whether we can provide documentation for
an operation? Because we have a lot of operations defined in our WSDL and the
documenattion provided at service level is not enough. Let me know if this is
possible.
