There is way to do so without change the "final" address. There is another "getXXX" method that lets you to specify the url. Take look at the locator file.

Recently a patch has been applied to change this.
So in the CVS, WSDL2Java do not have the final attribute anymore and
*Locator have a new setEndpointaddress method.
