Guys,
I found the answer to below problem. Very simple i downloaded
castor jar from castor website and included it in the class path.

Are you using Castor? I had the same problem when trying to use it with
Castor, haven't had a resolution yet. I am looking into it; there was a bug
id (17439) created for it a while back. If you have found a solution please
let us know. I suspect we are missing some castor classes from our
classpath.
