You seem to have spelt Apache wrong within your WSDD:

provider type matches QName '{http://xml.apahce.org/axis/wsdd/providers/java}RPC'

I believe this should read http://xml.apache.org/axis/wsdd/providers/java Try changing this in your WSDD file.
