Please remove the namespace (xmlns:ns1="urn:EchoAttachmentsService") in your wsdd file and see if it works.

   I am getting following error when i am executing samples/attachments......i am able to send attachements successfully....but when i am entering this url  in IE http://localhost:8080/axis/services/urn:EchoAttachmentsService?wsdl
