I am getting the following error when I try to get the wsdl for
EchoAttachmentsService at
http://localhost/axis/services/urn:EchoAttachmentsService?wsdl
AXIS Error
Sorry, something seems to have gone wrong... here are the details:

'urn:EchoAttachmentsService'. Namespace prefixes must be set on the
