I don't think it is possible to make Axis not touch the Beans.
I use a ant build script to copy the original beans over the axis modified beans.

Subject: How to prevent Axis from modifying the source code?
Hi.
I am using Axis to send the data layer objects (beans) between the
client and the server.
So, Axis modifies the source code of each bean class by appending
getSerializer, getDeserializer, etc methods.
Is there a way I can configure Axis not to change my source code and use
a different package to store the classes is generates? What is the
common solution for this?
Thanks.
Oleg
