compliance with jax-rpc and saaj for axis 1.1

Hi all,   I was looking at the release notes for Apache Axis, and they are currently listed for Axis 1.2.  I was just wondering whether 1.1 is also 100% compliant with jax-rpc and saaj. Thanks.   -Wei
