The definitive source of information for all things happening in the world of XML is Robin Cover's Cover Pages [1]. I also plan to start a blog thread that summariezes all the latest standards/specification efforts -- I just need to find the time to do so. Perhaps this weekend...I'll post a note here once I get it started.

I'm glad so much progress is being made!

What mailing list should I be on or what web site should I read to
know about things like this? In the old days it was soapbuilders,
where is this discussion occurring now? Much of the development seems
to be taking in formal professional organization with lots of
politics, expenses, and rules.

A really good blog would be welcome.
