I believe the documents are available here: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=wss I'm glad so much progress is being made!
What mailing list should I be on or what web site should I read to know about things like this? In the old days it was soapbuilders, where is this discussion occurring now? Much of the development seems to be taking in formal professional organization with lots of politics, expenses, and rules.
A really good blog would be welcome.
