The WSDL 1.1 namespace is http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/. The WSDL 2.0 Working Draft 10 namespace is http://www.w3.org/2003/11/wsdl.
I anticipate that the final WSDL 2.0 spec will have yet another namepsace.
WSDL 2.0 is not yet finished -- and it's definitely not ready for adoption. I don't know of any products that support WSDL 2.0 at this time.
