Webservices over SSL

Hi,

I have SSL enabled JBoss3.0.7 app server.
Also i have been able to access EchoString( returns the string passed to it)
service by using https:// url for the endpoint.
But i am still able to access the echo service using http:// url. 
How can i prevent the http access to this service?
