AXIS webservice tunnel,servlet tunnel

Hi
i'am looking for a servlet tunnel,  or a webservice handler
which tunnels  to a web service with the same wsdl definition but on 
another server( just change the url)
In fact i'am looking for the most convenient solution to tunnel a 
webservice call
