David, You obviously don't like Axis and don't want to use it. So this is definitely the wrong mailing list for you. You are better off posting to msft's mailing lists....
If you have a specifc problem with axis, something more specific than "after 10 days...", we are willing to help. You are welcome to report bugs to the dev folks (instructions are at http://ws.apache.org/axis/bugs.html). The wiki is getting better, the url is http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?AxisProjectPages thanks, dims On Mon, 19 Jul 2004 13:21:29 -0600, David Thielen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > You don't do it by importing, you do it by running wsdl.exe. > > As to VisualStudio being a piece of garbage - with Visual Studio I can create a web > service & client in under 5 minutes. > > With Axis, after 10 days, I still can't create one that anything other than Axis > clients can call. > > - dave > > ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Date: Mon, 19 Jul 2004 12:52:55 EDT > > > > >Yes, importing a web reference into a C++ project does not do anything.
