Subject: WSDL2Java error

I am creating a new soap service from scratch. I took my preexisting
wsdl, and changed the method names and parameters to work with my new
service. However, when I run wsdl2java, I get the following.

java.io.IOException: <input ..>, <output ..> or <fault ..> in <portType>
with undefined message found. message name is
'<urn:com.saic.dcts.nci.websvc>sendFileRequest'
