One of the goals of Web Services is to be a easy way to provide interoperable services across WEB. A read a lot of articles discussing this goal is possible to be achieved, but not in a easy way.... It would be nice a human-readable WS description, the one we have - WSDL, it's not so much readable... maybe if WSDL have some elements with descriptions of operations and parameters it would be nice to build some tool that generates a human-readable description.
