I'm creating a web
service utilizing axis 1.2RC2 and RPC encoding. My envelope size is
prohibitive and I was looking for ways to reduce the size. Is there any
way to eliminate the repeated soapenv:encodingStyle attribute? This is
repeated in every multiRef element (of which I have quite a few).
