This should get you where you want to go....

SOAPEnvelope    env  = messageContext.getRequestMessage().getSOAPEnvelope();
SOAPBodyElement e    = env.getFirstBody();
Iterator it          = e.getChildElements();
while (it.hasNext()) {
}

By iterating thru the child elements you should be able to retrieve the proper
information...
