AxKit 1.6.1 branched

OK, AxKit 1.6.1 is branched. If you want to do any work on the 1.6.1 
release then you'll have to check it out separately:

  cvs -d $MYCVSDETAILS co -r AxKit-1_6_1 -d AxKit-1_6_1 xml-axkit
Otherwise you're working on HEAD, which is towards 1.7 now.
