Very very very unlikely, of the you'd have to be braindead stupid kind. In regular directories it would be ok, but in URLs + interpolates to space so I don't see that happening.
Don't ask me why MozMail decided to send the previous mail with no content when I changed the personality, I have trouble seeing how those two functions could interfere. On behalf of my MUA, I apologize.
