Its not like we have showstoppers and need to do a mad dash or anything, but I do think its important that we get the licensing in the dist updated and I know that some of us (me) have the tendency to let little things pile up (i.e. ATVs for XSP, etc.). What I had in mind was more of a "hey, let's start rounding stuff up" as opposed to "hey, let's push something out this week".
Is anyone up to grepping around the list archives for the things that need fixing?
I have a list started, but I got pulled away yesterday. I'll post it here when I'm done. Remember we have the stuff in rt.cpan.org, too.
