PerForm patch fixing multi/single select boxes

I'm attaching a small patch that'll fix my previous patch for multiple and single select boxes. If you use the <f:options/> block to load values, but you only have one option, you'll get a "Blah isn't an ARRAY reference". It's just a one line change on two lines, one for each type of select.
