(CC'ing axkit-users for further discussion there, and

I'm not entirely sure... At the moment axkit.org is of course generated by
AxKit, but we won't be able to do that for apache.org, so we'll have to
create a whole new system of generating the content for offline viewing.
My suggestion for this is to create new stylesheets for the content using
XSLT, but to leave the content as-is. Then we can generate the content
using xsltproc.

Also, I think apache.org have their own stylesheets for generating that
style, so one other option might be to convert our source files into their
target format, and just use apache.org's toolkit. That wouldn't be too big
of a job given our entire site is just XML.
