The best thing I can suggest you is to use Filter provider, which comes with AxKit, 
and to write a simple Perl script, which connects to tcp server and gets your xml.
It seems to me that Filter provider is not as "all powerful" as others - it gets only 
XML from scripts, XSLs still comes from filesystem.
