Did you look at the ErrorStylesheet directive? It already does 90% of what you
want to write, it seems.
In addition, I have a nice simple mod_perl handler that extracts the full log
from the last AxKit request from the error log. I can send it to you, but
basically it's just reading the log, looking for "[AxKit] fast handler
called" lines, and saving from the last one onwards. This pattern has never
failed for me, so you might just look for that one.
