I'm sure about saving as "STD Unicode(UTF-8N)". 
And I have been believing "STD Unicode(UTF-8N)" is most AxKit friendly unicode...

I'll attach new files which saved by HIDEMARU editor's UTF-8.
If iconv refuse this also, could you send me a file contains some UTP-8 code?
