Choose one of these two, not both. I suggest using just the PerlModule line,
as that setup is better tested (live in use on several of my sites). IF you
choose to keep the PerlModule line, put it outside of any <Directory>,
<Location> or <Files> section (including the *Match sections).
If you choose to only use the AxAddPlugin line, tell me how it worked out, I
would love to hear success reports.
