Ok, mea culpa. As it turns out, that was AxKit's way of telling
me that ESQL wasn't configured to run via Apache's httpd.conf.
I had commented it out while adding new directives as part of the
upgrade, and neglected to re-add it.
xsp:attribute didn't like raw XML as its content, unsurprisingly.
I do have to wonder if there isn't a better way for AxKit to
report a "missing" taglib than a Perl syntax error.
