Hey!
I'm working on OpenWeblog.com which is backed by AxKit. The DB
schema I'm using is Postgres, but includes support for comments,
multiple users, multiple weblogs, and photographs in a single
database. I thought you might be interested in the project.

I haven't seen one. Perhaps we could come up with one? The
closest thing is RSS.
