I was getting the same thing last week... It turned out to be a typo in
my .xml file... Look at the stylesheet line and make sure you have
something like
<?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl" href="myfile.xsl"?>
my problem is I had used <?xml:stylesheet ...> instead of
<?xml-stylesheet ...>
Your error log is exactly like mine was. Good luck. If this doesn't
help, I'm sure someone else has better ideas.
