Having succeeded with the transformation it says, not without proud it
seems:

This may be a dumb question, but if this stuff is going in httpd.conf, did you restart your server?

Earlier on in the log AxKit should tell you exactly how it intends to process the XML (with lines containing: Module::Name(stylesheet)), so you can see right there if it got the right info to pull out your module and it's stylesheet (NULL).
