Yeah, its part of the Mandrake Distro. Its not bad, but again I just find that 
having to go click here and there to start a tag, and add in attribute names 
and values in text widgets is much slower than just typing out the raw XML by 
hand. In the time it takes me to click through two or three selections in 
that sort of system I can type 3 tags by hand. Now maybe I'm weird, I've been 
programming since I was maybe 8 and I can type scary fast at this point, but 
anything that makes me take my hand off the keyboard is too inconvenient for 
me, at 100+ WPM typing speed one mouse click is worth half a sentence or most 
of a line of code!!!
