Wow, sorry for the deluge of emails here... I'm an idiot, I just
realized that the processing was happening on the client-side, that's
why nothing was working.

I'm not sure why, but it appears that some of the online documentation
is not consistent with the man pages which were installed when I used
the AxKit port (FreeBSD).

Anyway, now it's definitly trying to do the processing on the
server-side, but I'm getting a relatively large error output in
httpd-error.log, as follows:
