I, too, have had this error. If I remember correctly, it was because I
had forgot to set the StyleMap. Be sure to add
AxAddStyleMap text/xsl Apache::AxKit::Language::LibXSLT
AxAddStyleMap application/x-xsp Apache::AxKit::Language::XSP
to your configuration (.htaccess or httpd.conf). (I suppose you are
using LibXSLT. Change it to Sablot if you use sablotron)
