And even that won't suffice, as most browsers do keepalive. MaxRequests counts 
multiple requests over one keepalive connection as one (at least that's what 
the docs say). Either turn off keepalive in your browser (mozilla can do 
that) or use appropriate apache options - they slipped my mind currently, but 
they exist.

Btw, that you get a different result on the 6th request is because the 6th 
request hits a fresh apache process.
