I realise that this is a little late, but for the record, you've run
into the "AxKit Segfaults" problem, described at
http://www.axkit.org/wiki/view/AxKit/FAQ
You need to remove AxKit, mod_perl, and Apache, then edit the Apache
port's Makefile and add the '--disable-rule' entry to the CONFIGURE_ARGS
variable. Then install Apache and the others through the ports system
again.
