That's not why I suggested it.
If any XSLT stylesheet could easily get at the {environment, httpd
config, CGI params} then AxKit has to make those values available for
each request. This is overhead that can be avoided, if AxKit can parse
the XSLT and determine "Nope, this doesn't reference the three special
namespaces, so I won't bother generating the paramaters and passing them
off to libxslt" then we save some effort on every request.
