Should *mostly* work, though you may need to move the insertion
point manually a bit - as the call to bullet() does that with
<point> elements.
Yeah. I'd envision it as acting just like <point> in allowing a level
attribute, except that the text would begin where a <point> at the same
level would place the bullet.
