Not sure about what else might be going on, but at the very least you need an another AxAddProcessor directive to clue AxKit into the fact that you want the XSP engine to process your page before transforming it with your XSLT stylesheet. Try this:
<Location /home/> AxAddProcessor application/x-xsp NULL AxAddProcessor text/xsl /home/xsl/home.xsl </Location>
and see if that gives you what you expect.
