Since AxKit::XSP::WebUtils 1.6 <web:request_prev_parsed_uri/> or
<web:request_prev_uri/> comes in handy for that.

For example a snippet for a 403 ErroDocument:

~      <xsp:attribute name="action">
~          <web:request_prev_parsed_uri omit="query"/>
