I'm working for a client that has a DTD for their document structure...but I can't get both emacs' psgmls and axkit to agree to a single <!DOCTYPE> specification. If I use a SYSTEM (with or without absolute path) psgmls is happy, but axkit chokes. If I use a system with a url axkit is happy, but psgmls barfs.
