I just installed FC4 to replace RH9 so I thought I'd try again to get AxKit working (it never worked under RH9).

Doing perl Makefile.PM it found all kinds of missing dependencies and asked if I wanted to install them, so I responded yes...fine, it went through the usual CPAN setup dialog, but then right at the end it said

*** Dependencies will be installed the next time you type 'make'.

Yep, that sounds OK.

Can't locate Apache/src.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ./install /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.4/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6) at Makefile.PL line 100.

Now, as a non-Perlie, I have no clue what Apache/src.pm is supposed to be (well, Apache source of some kind, but why I'd need that is beyond me, as I already have regular Apache installed). But I've searched everywhere I can think of and I can't find it -- CPAN is no help, all it does is offer me hundreds of Apache modules, with no indication of which one contains Apache/src.pm

Does anyone know where I can get this beastie?

Am I supposed to be running some kind of Apache-written-in-Perl instead of the regular flavor?

According to RPM, I have mod_perl-2.0.1-1.fc4 installed...
