I working on an axkit based portal. The main goal is to provide

AxKit.pm module code and I saw that adding query string to the
Apache subrequest could be possible.
My suggestion :
-parse query string from axkit uri
-call $req->args() before running Axkit engine
I think it's pretty simple and would be a nice improvement. Do you
agree with me ?
I do agree - it should be fairly straightforward. I just haven't had
the tuits to make it happen.
I have another question. I'm using debian and AxKit 1.7 isn't yet
available as a debian package. Do you know if a new release is
planned soon ?
Of the debian package or of AxKit 1.x? I think we'll do one more
AxKit 1.x release once LibXML/LibXSLT get released - there's a new
(more stable) callback system been implemented that we'll use.
Debian may have missed AxKit 1.7 because I borked the CPAN package.
