When installing axkit2 and also XML::SAX::Writer there's an error. Something about iconv and iconvptr. This is fixed by installed Text::Iconv version 1.2 and not the current 1.4.
A better fix is probably to install the SVN version of XSW which is currently living at http://sourceforge.net/projects/perl-xml. It should be released soon.
Note also that the bug is in the tests, not in the code. If you force install, it then works.
