Well, having a kind of semi-automatic depenedency tracking for development would be a cool plugin. The use case I have in mind is fine-tuning a presentation style sheet, testing lots of small changes over and over again. Being able to "just reload" would be nice, since when you try 3 changes per minute, typing a command in an extra window is a lot of work.
