into lp:indicator-session.

Reading https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/495127 i went on
to update messages to reflect the specification at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SessionTerminationConfirmation. I couldn't find in the
history if this was something that was at the origin and was later removed for
layout issues.
The patch in its current state as layout issues. It would need some love from
Cody to get that fixed.
