I strongly agree that scrolling would be unwarranted distraction. An ellipsis would be... fine. But one would want the rest of the line to appear, perhaps like a "tool tip" when hoveering the cursor, and that means added complexity to the coding. Better to line wrap and so best to have a clear sense of the width, whether as a standard or as maximum and minimum. Anzan
