Tracy, Most times than not, when looking at Ancestry, the ship's manifest it covers 2 pages. It sounds to me like maybe you have looked at the first page and not the second and that usually tells the town they came from. If you give us the name of the person you are speaking of, we can check this out for you. The ship they sailed from Horta on is most likely the same ship they arrived into Boston on so I am not sure what "ship list of her leaving" you are referring to. Are you talking about the CCA site http://pg.azores.gov.pt/drac/cca/ but I am not sure they have your Horta records on this site. Maybe someone else on the list knows.
