I'm able to access the records using Safari or Firefox on my Mac. You
SHOULD be able to, also. Try this: Go to the Safari menu in the upper
left corner of your screen and choose Empty Cache from the menu.
Sometimes that helps to reset Safari or any web browser. Quit Safari
and relaunch it. Try again and hopefully it will work for you.
