Perhaps someone can give me some guidance on this. I am trying to find a divorce record for Mearl Andrew (that is the correct spelling of his name-might also be listed under Merle Andrews). I have found him in 1930 census and they are living in Modesto CA (they married in OK). His last child was born there Jul 1931, Modesto CA and his wife remarried Dec. 1938 (I think she also divorced this spouse), so I am looking at a divorce for Mearl Andrew that occurred between 1931 and 1938. Also, what information would be on this divorce record. I know his parents names but so far have not been able to find them on 1910 census (he was born in 1902 in IN). How would I go about getting a copy of their divorce record?
