Is anyone out there working in the village of Alvados on mainland Portugal?
I am looking for the PINTO family. Here is what I have: Manuel Costodio Pinto married Custodia Ferreira about 1909. They had two sons in Alvados: Manuel DOB March 1910 Peter DOB 1911 Manuel & Peter died in California at an old age. Manuel, the father, left his wife and two sons in Alvados and came to California. He worked for ten years to get enough money to send for his wife and two sons. More children were born from 1921 - about 1933. Any help will be appreciated.
